Privacy Policy

We strive to keep client information confidential. All information provided to Hindsight Imaging is used strictly for correspondence pertaining to the services we provide. We do not sell or transfer client information to a third party. *

Copyright Policy

Where copyright may be applicable to material submitted to Hindsight Imaging, client accepts full responsibilities for obtaining the appropriate release, or for actions taken from the holder of the copyright. By sending us photos, you certify that you are the copyright holder or have permission and reserve the right to legally submit the photo(s) to Hindsight Imaging for editing and/or repair. By using our services, you authorize Hindsight Imaging to use the images for promotional (before and after) purposes only. You may contact us if you do not wish to have your photos posted on the website. We respect that wish and will take your photos down from the website immediately.

To protect client’s privacy and copyright, all photo files submitted by the client or uploaded by Hindsight Imaging will be automatically removed from our server within seven days of download.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Ordering a Service and Timing:
Hindsight Imaging is responsible to digitally restore or retouch the clients’ photographs for the quoted cost and estimated amount of time required to complete the ordered service. Hindsight Imaging is also responsible to deliver the restored or retouched photos via email, download, postal mailed CD, or local delivery of CD. Any original photos sent to Hindsight Imaging for scanning or as references will be returned via postal mail along with the restored or retouched photos.

Revisions:
Clients may request a revision for his/her photographs, via Hindsight Imaging contact form, within 3 days after receiving the final product. The photographs will be re-edited free of charge and delivered back to the client when the client’s expectations are met.

Reference Photos:
Clients may submit photographs to be used as references. The reference photographs will only be used as guidelines for contrast, style, color, etc. for the ordered project and will not be edited.

Form of Payment:
Hindsight Imaging accepts payment through PayPal, personal check, corporate check, bank or postal money order.  We also accept cash (for local service only).  Please note, check payments must be cleared before restoration or retouching work begins.

*Privacy Exceptions
Hindsight Imaging will release client information to the appropriate authorities, when law requires it, following the proper issuance of a Subpoena or Court Order.
